It
is understood that once the deposit charge has been
authorized, the trip cannot be cancelled. It is also
understood that it is the responsibility of a customer
to ensure that enough time has been factored into
the itinerary to allow for such factors as traffic
and road construction delays which are not the responsibility
of East West Coach or Frontier.
The
travel cost involved in moving these vehicles around
the country are spread out across multiple bookings.
Time changes cannot be made to any finalized itinerary
as they may impact other bookings. Therefore
cancellations cannot be accepted. |
